That includes personalized analysis of your food logs and exercise form in the PRO and ELITE packages.
  • Efficiency: We know you're busy. So we make sure you use your most precious resource as efficiently as possible. With THE PLATFORM, you can exercise a fraction of the time other programs recommend (47 minutes per week to be exact) and still get you the results you want. That's a promise.
